A Good Place to Work – Fornax in Családi Lap (Family Magazine)
The magazine with a past of several decades recently asked Fornax to tell them about the ways a family friendly company can support their employees that have families.
An article with the title „A Good Place to Work” wrote about the current situation of Hungarian family friendly companies and their advantages in the February 2016 issue of the Family Magazine. The article listed a number of companies that focus on the employee satisfaction of staff members with families. Fornax was among the selected companies, as our family friendly attitude was of great importance right from the start. The best proof of that is one of the subsidiaries, Fornax ICT winning the Family Friendly Company title of the Three Princes, Three Princesses Movement yet again in 2015 in the category of medium sized enterprises.
Among other things the journalist asked our colleague about the everyday advantages of working at a family friendly company. The article reveals that Fornax ICT, where 80 percent of the employees are men, takes great care to ensure that fathers are able to enjoy the intimate moments of family life.
